Data Deletion Instructions
If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other supported account to Shadow Page Stars and want data associated with that connection deleted, you may request deletion using the process below.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@shadowpagestars.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name of the connected account or Page and enough information for us to identify the relevant connection.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials.
- We may contact you to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify data associated with the applicable Shadow Page Stars connection unless retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted under applicable platform requirements.
Revoking platform access
You may also revoke Shadow Page Stars access through the settings provided by the relevant third-party platform. Revoking access stops future authorized API access where supported, but may not by itself delete information already retained by Shadow Page Stars. Use the process above if you also want retained data deleted.
